THE 2010 PROPHECIES OF WAKING GOD

It has turned out that the first two books of the WAKING GOD TRILOGY have become prophetic. With a plot set in the current time and near future, the books have plotted a course that exposes the seeds that humanity has sown and the bitter fruits of the harvest. In a sense, the books are a reflection of the mass consciousness. Those familiar the "web bot" prophecies will understand that predominant human thought creates the predominant human reality. This 'fact' has been revealed in the quantum physics where we are told that clearly, mind shapes the world in which we live.

WAKING GOD is somewhat post APOCALYPSE. Of course, contrary to religious scare tactics, apocalypse means revelation, not the end of the world. In fact, Book II, THE SACRED ROTA, actually picks up after the world ended in 2012. Oh, I should mention that the world, also contrary to religious fanatics, does not end in 2012. However, this is a significant event that forever alters the course of human evolution-the manifestation of the GOD SEED-a genetic mutation that activates that alters humanity. A little too sci-fi? Not really. In fact, there is a lot of new information floating around talking about "spontaneous evolution." In WAKING GOD, we maintain that our mitochondrial DNA contains latent genetic code that will activate to change life on earth. I would advise that you research the mitochondria, a strange source of power that contains its own DNA and which, somehow, become a part of living cells. Science does not even really know how it got there-the plot thicken for alien theory enthusiasts. Sorry, the 2012 event is not revealed until Book III-now in preparation.

For those of you not familiar with the story, Adam, the metaphor for the god seed DNA, is dreaming himself into our physical reality and seeks a physical birth. this event is opposed by the angels, with michael as their leader, as his birth would negate the need for 'messenger' services. The plan is supported by Lucifer, a.k.a. Mantrella in the books, and is seen as the champion of humanity. This is obviously a total reversal of dogma. Actual, 2012 will be a total reversal of dogma.

So, if you were living in the world of WAKING GOD, which you are, what events would seem likely to occur in 2010? Here are the prophecies.

-Continued economic turmoil. Any notion of a recovery is merely a spin to try to prevent consumer panic and total economic collapse. Much of this will come to light in 2010. Despite so called recovery on Wall Street, read alternative news sources like the Huffington Post and you will see that our bread and butter small banks are in deep trouble and continue to close.

-The American dollar will continue to lose ground and do not be surprised if it no longer serves as the of world trade. This collapse will deal a harsh blow to the American consumer.

-Despite outrage, big firms and banks will continue to rob from the poor to line the pockets of the rich. All legislation to date has done nothing to stop their greedy appetites but the well will begin to go dry. By the end of 2010, most will be wondering what the hell happened.

-In Politics, one cannot help but feel sorry for president Obama. A man with vision and the right ideas will be thwarted at every turn. The compromises he has had to make on health care will cost him the left and the right basically hates him. Any environmental legislation will be a joke. Our lack of leadership in this front will lose the U.S. its position as world leader. China and Russia will push us to our limits to fill the void and do not be surprised by new tensions between China and Russia. The EU will try to come to the forefront but it lacks the consensus to do so, not to mention the lack of a powerful leader. The UN will grow in power to try to resolve world trade and political disputes. The West will lose its capacity and welcome as any kind of world police. Other global issues will require a world approach to try to solve and more power will gravitate towards the UN. Of course, it will be too late. The failures of world summits to make any meaningful gains has sown the seeds of failure.

-Refugee issues will grow and many lives will be lost.

-Climate change will increase in voracity, ferocity and impact. At this point, the cause may not matter. But world leaders, or lack thereof, will fail to effectively plan for crop failures, floods, droughts and sea rises. Tensions and conflicts will begin to rise over these issues.

-Religious conflicts and turmoil will continue to spread. The continued polarization of religious thought will create violence as dying dogma tries to survive. Alternative spiritual thought will continue to grow but may come to blows with religious organizations. The death of the Pope will create massive and survival issues for the "Church."

-New astronomical events will not be pleasant. Recent reports of an increase in solar radiation, even though there have not yet been a lot of sunspots, and the passage of the helium galaxy through the milky Way-yes, this is happening now-look it up-This happened 70 million years ago and ended an earth age and started a new one. Quantum physics will reveal a breakthrough truth.

The above events have their roots in what has been happening in recent times and which are portrayed in WAKING GOD. These events will occur in roughly the 2010 time frame as a sort of prequel to 2012. The prophecies are not meant to cast a shadow or doomsday scenario. It is the contention of WAKING GOD that these events are necessary to activate the god seed. Almost all evolution stems from environmental stress-we will have plenty of that.

Few of these events had to happen. Nostradamus, the Mayans, the Hopi, DaVinci and others gave us ample warning. We have let these events occur because we have thought ourselves impervious to our own thoughts and actions. But as basic science has told us, for every action, their is an equal and opposite reaction. Recent polls have shown that while Americans believe there is climate change, they do not see it as serious enough to do anything about. We were warned in the 60's by Rachael Carson about our polluting ways. We have let ourselves be brainwashed by the collective marketing of Wall Street and have ignored resource depletion. We have certainly not been our brothers keepers. So what do you really expect? The best way to get through all of this is to keep the light at the end of the tunnel in sight. Do not give into fear. Prepare, but be willing to share.

Just for reference, the following are the web bot predictions:

Dire Web Bot Predictions
source: www.coasttocoastam.com
Here are some of their web bot predictions for the
remainder of 2008, 2009, 2012 (and beyond):

* 2008 - In late March, look for massive
unemployment to take hold.
* 2008 - During the summer, a backlash against the
US government could involve a call to hold the
elections early.
* 2008 - As the housing industry continues its
collapse, there could be a seizure or lock-up of the
ability to transfer property.
* A "fuzzy revolution" could involve squatters or
collectives moving into empty or foreclosed homes.
* 2008 - In October, there'll be a major stock market
crash or a climate event that has a disastrous effect
on the economy.
* 2008 - There could be a major bank failure, possibly
involving a foreign bailout that is reneged upon.
* 2008 - 2 Earthquakes or Tsunami possible in
December.
* The governments are quietly preparing for untold
future calamity while focusing media attention way
from earth's real problems to trivial aspects such as
politics and popular culture.
* 2009 - Well known people will start suddenly
disappearing without explanation.
* 2009 - Earthquakes may damage dams and/or much
unprecedented flooding may occur.
* 2009 - People in rural areas will begin arming
themselves heavily and hoarding weapons and
ammunition.
* 2009 - Spring or Summer - A "global coastal event"
or process (possibly a tidal change) will involve a
rise in sea levels that will knock out oil refineries and
severely hamper sea ports.
* 2009/10/25 : A big crisis is kicked off. It could be that
Israel bombs Iran, or that Swine Flu goes into a level
of extreme lethality. 10 days later, in relation to this
crisis, the Obama administration will be thrown into
chaos. When Israel bombs Iran, they'll use a nuclear-
tipped bunker buster that will hit something
unforeseen underground. As a result, a radioactive
cloud will form that will pollute and sicken Southeast
Asia. This will cause much of the world to turn
against Israel.
* 2010/??/?? : The "Death of the Dollar" will be a
continuing trend, with a hyper inflationary period and
banking crises/confidence losses that will begin in
August 2009.
* 2010/08/?? : In South America, they'll be large or
mass sightings of UFO-related phenomena. A video
crew will interview an escapee from an internment
facility. The young bald man will later be revealed to
be a "non-Terran" human.
* Sustainable living will be the only way to survive the
upcoming economic change and food shortages.
* 2011/04/?? : "Global Coastal Phenomena" will be
gradual, the situation could be disturbing for many
people. Unusual movements of the Moon brought on
by anomalies in the magnetosphere could cause
coastal disruptions.
* 2011/05/?? : The magnetosphere problems could
lead to ultraviolet scorching of food crops. Grain
crops will fail, mainly in the Northern Hemisphere,
leading to food riots in the winter/spring. Specifically,
they'll be riots in Rome that will spill over into the
Vatican.
* 2011 - Extra-terrestrial aliens presence and/or
warfare possible.
* There will be an untimely demise for millions by
2012, brought upon by some combination of
pandemics, economic collapse, breakdown of health
care and unknown energies from space.

THE TEMPLES OF LIGHT : An Initiatory Journey into the Heart-Teachings of the Egyptian Mystery Schools (Book & CD)
By (Author) Danielle Rama Hoffman, (Foreword) Nicki Scully

Each Temple of Light is a portal to ancient wisdom that can assist the modern-day pilgrim with everyday life issues and struggles—love, purpose, money, and health—and the deeper questions of enlightenment and our divine origin.

The Temples of Light guides the reader, as the initiate, on a spiritual journey through thirteen of Egypt’s sacred temples--a journey into the sanctuary of the open heart. Each sacred site is a portal to ancient wisdom that can assist the modern-day pilgrim with everyday life issues and struggles--love, purpose, money, and health--and the deeper questions of enlightenment and our divine origin.

Danielle Rama Hoffman opens up sacred rites of passage that historically have been kept secret to forge a relationship with the temples of Egypt as allies and spirit guides. For example, the temple of Sakkara is associated with abundance; the temple of Abydos with remembering. The initiations in this book awaken intuition and the Sahu--the fully realized self--allowing connections to the power, magic, and wisdom of such sacred symbols as the Flower of Life, the Djed Pillar (the backbone of Osiris), the Ka, and the energy body. Hoffman’s guided meditations, rituals, and exercises also raise the reader’s vibration level, as we move from the Piscean to the Aquarian age. Embodying the wisdom of the open heart of these temples imparts a shift in consciousness from fear to bliss, from powerlessness to empowerment, opening the body, mind, and spirit to the infinite possibilities within. The book also includes a 50-minute CD of a guided journey of the Sphinx.

The Temples of Light Initiations 6-CD SET

The Temples of Light Initiations 6-CD Set includes recordings of all of the guided meditations presented in the book. The combination of relaxing music and guided imagery deeply engages your imagination and senses to transport you to Egypt so you can fully integrate the heart teachings of each sacred site.

Temples of Egypt Essences

Temples of Egypt Essences are made in Egypt, where the pure consciousness of each temple heart teaching is infused into purified water and preserved with alcohol. Like Flower Essences, the Temple Essences are taken internally.

This home based mystery school guides you through an initiatory journey through 13 of Egypt’s sacred sites. You set the pace that is right for you, perhaps connecting to one temple a month or a week. Engage all your senses including visual, kinesthetic and audio and embody the Heart Teachings shared by each temple. Read the chapter about the temple in the book and follow the suggested exercises, listen to the correlating guided meditations on CD and take the corresponding Temple essence internally.

Includes: Book + 6 CD Box Set & 16 Temple Essences

Invisible galaxy crashing into Milky Way

From, http://www.scientificamerican.com/article.cfm?id=invisible-galaxy-crashing-into-milk-2009-11&sc=CAT_SPC_20091127

A giant invisible galaxy is colliding with our Milky Way, astronomers have discovered.

It is a vast cloud of hydrogen containing enough matter to make one hundred million suns - but has failed to produce any stars at all.

The presence of the dark blob was first detected last year. But only now has it been identified as a giant galaxy.

Calculations by astronomers at Sydney, Australia, show that the object, called Smith's Cloud, is 100 times bigger than thought.

The cosmic crash is not a threat to stars in our own bigger galaxy but its gravitational pull will distort the shape of the Milky Way over millions of years.

The astronomers says the invisible galaxy's trajectory suggests that it has already crashed through our galaxy's disk before, around 70 million years ago, New Scientist reports online.

For the Cenozoic period, which began about 70 million years ago and continues today, evidence derived from marine sediments provide a detailed, and fairly continuous, record for climate change. This record indicates decreasing deep-water temperature, along with the build-up of continental ice sheets. Much of this deep-water cooling occurred in three major steps about 36, 15 and 3 million years ago - the most recent of which continues today. During the present ice age, glaciers have advanced and retreated over 20 times, often blanketing North America with ice. Our climate today is actually a warm interval between these many periods of glaciation. The most recent period of glaciation, which many people think of as the "Ice Age", was at its height approximately 20,000 years ago.

Although the exact causes for ice ages, and the glacial cycles within them, have not been proven, they are most likely the result of a complicated dynamic interaction between such things as solar output, distance of the Earth from the sun, position and height of the continents, ocean circulation, and the composition of the atmosphere.

So what do you think is up with that?

THE WAKING DNA

Is WAKING GOD just fiction? Perhaps not. There are a growing number of stories, articles and studies that indicate that humanity is, indeed, on the cusp of a great change. We have postulated that we have a god seed that dwells within our mitochondrial DNA which contains genes that are awakening. This is our birth of Adam, the fulfillment of the promise of the Tarot Code and ancient prophecies.

In an email promoting her Joshua Tree on the Mesa, 22nd Annual Joshua Tree Gathering/, May27-30, 2010, Lynn Andrews says:

"We are living in a time in human history when all things are
shifting, and we feel it in our world and in our lives every single
day. “2012,” the ancient Mayan “end of days,” doesn’t just
occur out of nowhere. It marks a giant shift in human consciousness
that has been predicted throughout the ancient texts. Which way will
this shift go? Making that determination is the responsibility of you,
me and every single person alive today.

We are in the middle of this great shift and change now, and it is
why our lives are so speeded up. The line-up of astronomical forces in
the universe has sped up our existence to such a fast pace that we
realize we need to learn these ancient healing secrets now or they are
in danger of being lost to humanity forever.

You will learn how to heal your own mitochondria, the nucleus of your
cells which is also the nucleus of your soul. Your mitochondria are
the life force that keeps you alive, and it is time for you to heal,
renew and refurbish them from all of the chaos of your life."

And, in an article by Michael Garfield, http://www.realitys andwich.com/ node/29038
This article originally appeared in H+ Magazine. Let A Hundred Futures Bloom: A "Both/And" Survey Of Transhumanist Speculation. he says:

"By Natural Quantum Evolution
One option in particular seems to get short shrift by a community that tends to believe we will lift ourselves up into a posthuman order by our own bootstraps… but if the future even modestly resembles the past, then we cannot neglect the possibility that nature will do the heavy lifting for us. recent research at UC Berkeley and Washington University has demonstrated that photosynthesis is 95% efficient because it uses quantum computation to retroactively decide upon the best possible electron paths. Johnjoe McFadden at the University of Surrey has suggested that this very same process may have been how life emerged in the first place, and other scientists have noted similar, strangely intelligent mutation responses in lab cultures. Egan’s novel Teranesia runs with this new model of “smart evolution,” suggesting that we may see posthumanity spontaneously self-organize out of the quantum superposition of all possible futures -- as if good ideas reach backward in time to organize their necessary histories. Given the uncanny prescience of some sci-fi speculation, this might not be too far from the truth."

Can change be spontaneous? Can a great awakening occur almost overnight? Read, Spontaneous Evolution by Lipton and Bhaerman and Lipton's Biology of belief. Things are going to happen. They are happening now. How have your dreams been lately? Do you not feel it? How are you relating to those around you? Remember the 'sheep and goat' thing? Think about it.
The waking DNA.

The Evolution of the God Gene and 2012

There are interesting development regarding the concept of THE GOD SEED which has been a theme of THE WAKING GOD TRILOGY since 2006. In both WAKING GOD: THE JOURNEY BEGINS and THE SACRED ROTA: WAKING GOD BOOK II, we postulate that the evolution of mankind is leading towards the full activation of the God Seed. This activation will occur as Adam leaves his dream state, which is what current reality is all about, and is born into this reality. We say that the knowledge of the God Seed has been a hidden mystery that has traveled forward in history by use of the TAROT CODE. Under the protection of several secret societies, this knowledge is now being revealed as Adam takes on life in the womb of one of the characters in the books, Mara. It is for this reason that religion is in turmoil and that spirituality is growing exponentially. As we approach 2012, the God Gene will become fully activated and humanity will be changed forever. In fact, the prophecies of Nostradamus, the Mayans, Hopi and others, all lead to this point Read the following excerpts from some recent articles and give it some serious thought.

The Evolution of the God Gene
By NICHOLAS WADE
Published: November 14, 2009

http://www.nytimes.com/2009/11/15/weekinreview/12wade.html

IN the Oaxaca Valley of Mexico, the archaeologists Joyce Marcus and Kent Flannery have gained a remarkable insight into the origin of religion.

During 15 years of excavation they have uncovered not some monumental temple but evidence of a critical transition in religious behavior. The record begins with a simple dancing floor, the arena for the communal religious dances held by hunter-gatherers in about 7,000 B.C. It moves to the ancestor-cult shrines that appeared after the beginning of corn-based agriculture around 1,500 B.C., and ends in A.D. 30 with the sophisticated, astronomically oriented temples of an early archaic state.

This and other research is pointing to a new perspective on religion, one that seeks to explain why religious behavior has occurred in societies at every stage of development and in every region of the world. Religion has the hallmarks of an evolved behavior, meaning that it exists because it was favored by natural selection. It is universal because it was wired into our neural circuitry before the ancestral human population dispersed from its African homeland.

The Brain Chemistry of the Buddha
In 'The God Gene,' geneticist Dean Hamer says human spirituality may have an innate genetic component to it.
http://www.beliefnet.com/News/Science-Religion/2004/10/The-Brain-Chemistry-Of-The-Buddha.aspx?p=1

Dean Hamer is a molecular biologist at the National Institutes of Health, where he heads the Gene Structure and Regulation section at the National Cancer Institute. In his latest book, Hamer says certain brain chemicals affect higher consciousness and spirituality, and that the actions of these chemicals are linked to a gene his team has researched. He spoke to us recently about "The God Gene: How Faith Is Hardwired into Our Genes."

What is the God gene?

The God gene refers to the idea that human spirituality has an innate genetic component to it. It doesn't mean that there's one gene that makes people believe in God, but it refers to the fact that humans inherit a predisposition to be spiritual--to reach out and look for a higher being.

A big part of your research involved a "self-transcendence scale" to rate people's spirituality. What is this scale?

As you can imagine, it's not trivial to separate spirituality from more formal aspects of religion, but some psychologists like Robert Cloninger have tried to do that. They use a scale called "self-transcendence."

Overall, it tries to measure a sense of "at-oneness" with the universe independent of formal religious beliefs. More specifically, it actually looks at three different subscales. One of them is called self-forgetfulness: a measure of people's propensity to completely lose themselves in what they're doing, whether it's weeding the garden or meditating or whatever. People who are self-transcendent put less focus on themselves and more on everything outside of them. They see the connections to things.

A psychic component is called "transpersonal identification," a feeling of a sense of unity with everything else in the universe. Then there's a third scale called mysticism or spiritual acceptance which is more like, do you think mystical experiences have changed your life? Do you believe that science can't explain everything? Do you believe that there might be ESP, for example? Believing that there is more going on than meets the eye.

So you studied a certain gene to see how it related to this self-transcendence scale?

Right. There was a twin study suggesting that this spirituality scale is at least partially inherited. We were interested in finding out what are the genes. So we did a classical type of study that molecular biologists do: we rounded up a bunch of people and measured their self-transcendence. Then we looked at a bunch of genes and looked for differences. And we found this one gene that was at least correlated with self-transcendence. It's called VMAT2, which stands for 'vesicular monoamine transporter no. 2.' It handles one type of brain chemical, monoamines, that have a lot to do with emotional sensitivity...

You may want to read the first two books of the trilogy and see how this seed, this DNA, is coming into manifestation., Oh, Book III is called, THE SECOND COMING OF HUMANITY.

THE FUTURE THAT BROUGHT HER HERE

Some of you may have read about the bird and the Hedron Collider-the bird from the future!!!! I think another eagle has landed in Deborah Denicola.

THE FUTURE THAT BROUGHT HER HERE
by Deborah Denicola is another of those newly released great books that will help guide you through the paradigm shift that we are now experiencing. I had the privilege of conducting an interview with Deborah. After the description of the book, read her responses to some probing questions that deal with religion, spirituality, good and evil, 2012 and more. I would add this to my “must have” holiday book list.

THIS INTERVIEW WAS NOT SCHEDULED FOR THIS BLOG, BUT ONCE YOU READ IT, YOU WILL SEE HOW IT ALSO RELATES TO THE MESSAGES IN THE WAKING GOD TRILOGY!

In a poetic memoir both personal and transpersonal, in our fearful post-911 era, Deborah DeNicola, among others, has predicted the world crisis we are now facing will initiate the global population into a new awareness of spiritual evolution.

In The Future That Brought Her Here, DeNicola undergoes three journeys which distill her private quest into esoteric knowledge. With references to String Theory and quantum physics, medieval history, the crusading Templar Knights, the Black Madonnas, The Church of Mary Magdalen and revelations from the Gnostic Gospels, DeNicola finds the common denominator of diverse mystery traditions, relating how dreams and creative process heal by expressing both individual and archetypal truths.

In this epoch of economic disaster, when three crucial cycles are simultaneously ending, The Future That Brought Her Here should reach a new audience, one not previously aligned with "New Age" ideas.

Deborah DeNicola is the author of five poetry collections and she edited the anthology Orpheus & Company; Contemporary Poems on Greek Mythology. Among other awards she won a Poetry Fellowship in 1997 from the National Endowment for the Arts. Deborah has been a recipient of many writing colony residencies. She also teaches dream image work and mentors writers online at her web site www.intuitivegateways.com. (1)Do you really believe that there is such a thing as evil or is it just what we perceive as hurtful we label as evil? Does placing labels on polarized concepts actually bring these concepts into our reality?

I believe we’re in something like a matrix that is collectively created from our imagined fallen state. Though I didn’t always, I now subscribe to the philosophy of A Course in Miracles, which says that the Godhead separated itself in order to experience itself more fully and from the separated aspect (one could say us, or Adam and Eve) the thought of separation from Source was on day “thought.” In that “unholy” moment the thinkers of the thought experienced separation and the “ego” was born, because like Source, we had the powers of creation and manifestation.

However, the separation was an illusion. As soon as it was thought, it was undone because, since we are all one with Creator, separation was actually impossible. It never happened. But we remained in the illusion, out of guilt for our perceived attack on Source. That was the so-called “Fall.”. Heaven is here, we have just covered it up. Because we feared we had lost connection with Source, everything that is considered bad or evil came into being . . . out of the ego, out of Fear. During our entire history we’ve believed in separation and perpetuated it. But only Non-Duality is real. There is no world. It is all a projection made out of fear. We are insane and do not know it. Therefore, I do not believe in Evil per se, but it does appear that “ego,” which has projected its own fear , guilt and anger onto others, has created some horrendous events within the illusion.

(2)I do think it’s a label. Labeling or naming Evil as reality still cannot bring it into reality. Although it appears very real, there is no evil.

Collectively we experience the same things in the world because we are all one, the “Sonship”, as the Course calls us. Our journey is to undo the ego and get back to oneness with Source. We can do this through forgiveness and self-forgiveness, non-reaction, and asking for help from Spirit. Our world is a dream, or perhaps a nightmare is more apt a label. Labels separate and worsen the situation. We moved into form because we imagined we did. But “nothing unreal exists.” The only thing out there is Love. Adam is the Sonship. He fell asleep and has not yet awakened. But that is the task at hand now. Some have awakened and are helping others onto the spiritual path back to Oneness. When we stop projecting and own our own shadows, and forgive them, we will have the New Heaven on the New Earth. Many of us are involved in that awakening right now.

It’s best to stop labeling, polarizing and separating. As Jesus said, “Be in the world but not of it.” We need to accept what’s here. The first step in changing anything is accepting it. Then we can hold an intention for something better, visualize it, believe it will manifest and keep on doing the best we can within the illusion. It’s a tall order. There are a lot of paradoxical situations that can come of it. The Holy Spirit will help us if we call upon it when confronted with dilemma. Coming together in groups can be powerful to manifest change.

(3) Why do you feel that the spiritual paradigm is shifting now? Aside from ‘if not now, when,’ is there something special at this point in evolution?

This is the time foreseen by many prophets. Three huge cycles are coming to an end at once, overlaying each other. We have just changed millenniums from Pisces to Aquarius, there is also a 26,000 year cycle ending known as the equinoctial cycle where the poles shift as the earth’s axis wobbles. And there is the end of the Mayan calendar which is known to be the end of time. Not the end of the world as the new movie “2012” is portraying with terrible earth changes, although some challenging earth changes are likely, but the end of “time” as we know it, linear time. Some of us are likely going to leave our bodies and cross over into spirit (a.k.a die) if caught in the earth changes. But there is no death anyway. We can move back into spirit at any time. The exciting thing will be to be here and awaken collectively in our bodies.

We are multi-dimensional beings, several aspects of ourselves living parallel lives simultaneously. My theory is that when we become aware of those other lives, some kind of consciousness shift occurs. In some esoteric traditions, where these truths have been kept alive, but secret, we each belong to a group of souls known as the Monad. When we become aware of our oneness in the monad and then exponentially with other monads, we will be “enlightened” to our connections with one another and with Source. It has been predicted that there will be 1000 years of peace. Why only 1000 I wonder . . . I don’t know. I guess we should worry about that later.

(4)What do you feel will happen if the ‘masses’ are unwilling to move out of the Piscean Age?

They will be, they are already resistant, unwilling and in denial. There is enough information out there now to move out of dualistic thinking but many will not accept change. People are creatures of habit and don’t like to change their beliefs. So there will be, there is resistance. It will only make it more difficult for them, and in some cases, for us.

However long they want to resist change, their suffering will increase until finally they will have to choose change. The earth is not going to support duality anymore. Many of our systems are collapsing and will be replaced by more equitable and ethical systems. Meanwhile there may be a lot of pain in the adjustment depending how much we resist. Some say those unwilling ones will be left behind as the earth ascends into the 5th dimension and many of us go with her. But the old earth will be there and the resistant ones will have their lives go on as usual, perhaps with more suffering and war and disease etc. I don’t venture to guess how the “ascension” is going to happen, but I know it is happening.

I’d like to think that the changed behaviors of some of us will affect the unwilling ones and they will embrace the move into oneness if they are exposed to it. I think it’s a done deal. It’s going to happen, exactly when or how gradually, I don’t think any of us can stay.

But you can stay behind in pain and resistance relying only on your intellect and reason and all that the invention of the ego created. Or you can intuitively feel the difference through the heart opening. Our bodies are changing. We are being bombarded with light, those of us who have agreed, because we have to give permission. Many of us have asked in our prayers, in our dreams or consciously to see the “light” so-to-speak.

And it’s not always comfortable. I am feeling and seeing this light and my body needs attuning on a regular basis. There is a lot of body work going on in the holistic communities and even in the gyms. I think that unconsciously many people are adjusting and intuitively moving onto the spiritual path before they consciously know it.

(5) Are religions ‘worn out dogma’ whose time has passed?

I think yes and no, but mostly yes. What we have been taught dogmatically has not always been correct. We have been led like sheep and given over control to hierarchies of power in the churches and temples. We have been taught that we are sinners. In Greek word for sin, “harmatia,” etymologically means “missing the mark,” or in other words, confused, off target. In that context we are not sinners, just ignorant of truth. People have not been taught about their own power to access Source directly. Instead intercessors or priests, rabbis, mullahs etc. have been given too much power.

The Secret Doctrine, the esoteric truths, the hidden occult traditions attest to the human power to access divinity. I believe there will be one church, the Church of Love and equality. John Lennon appears to be right about this. Already there are communities forming on this basis. The Unitarian Universalists are embracing this philosophy. There are centers for spiritual living, science of mind churches, noetic science centers, bringing spirituality together with science, physics especially.

(5)How do you define spirituality vis-Ć -vis religious?

Spirituality doesn’t recognize separation or levels of proximity to Source. Spiritual paths, and there are many, all lead to the same place, universal love. This love seems to be the basic cornerstone of all institutional religions, although they have strayed from it. The Christians have the Gnostic tradition and the Druidic tradition to look to. The Muslims have Sufism. The Buddhist path is basically love and acceptance. The Jews have the path of Kaballah. So traditional religions have love and self-actualization at their heart, relegated to an esoteric branch. Along the way through history, however, when dogma was born, because we believe ourselves to be imperfect, because we fear differences, our leaders too lived with fear and misled us.

(6)Do you feel that quantum physics is becoming increasingly supportive of the basic tenets of spirituality? Will they accept an Intelligent Universe concept?

Yes! I do feel that more of the natural laws of the universe like the Law of Attraction, and laws of manifestation are being proven by scientists. Dr. Emoto’s book on water crystals shows how intentional thoughts, positive or negative, had different effects on the crystals. We appear to be learning that thoughts have power and if a certain thought is repeated enough times with great emotion, it will most certainly manifest. There is still a lot of suspicion and criticism in the scientific community but Edgar Mitchell’s Institute of Noetic Science is setting up numerous experiments in the field of thought forms. I can’t predict when main stream science will accept an Intelligent Universe concept. But I know a lot of skeptical scientists like my brother, for instance, who is a botonist and not in agreement with much of my thinking, but who says nonetheless, it is obvious there is a superior intelligence at work in nature. Maybe Source is nature. To me it seems a silly argument. Intelligent Design and Creation theory can both be true. I think the sooner we leave dualistic thinking we will find more agreement around “both and” than “even or.”

(7)Have sacred texts been the purloined letter containing basic ‘truths’ about the Universe?

I’m not familiar with all sacred texts in great depth but it does seem that the hidden traditions have carried forth the same message, even through the mysterious practice of alchemy. They all seem to imply that there is a lot of “maya” or illusion in our 3-D world, that we have been disempowered by our false beliefs, that we all are indeed part of the Divine. My study has been focused on the Gnostic Gospels found in the Nag Hammadi Library. I stumbled across these through Jungian studies as Jung was quite interested in them, even owned some texts he found in the black market. Some of these are quite apocryphal, more mythical. Yet myth is true in a very symbolic way. Much of the truth is delivered in myth through metaphor, parables, what have you.

(8) Do you feel that John’s words in the Gospel of Thomas supports the deeper meaning in what has become known as The Secret?

If we are referring to the Kingdom of Heaven being here, the answer is yes. John also says two men might be standing in a field and only one might see it, (the kingdom). That statement may be about perspective. Changing our thinking is all about perception. Esther and Jerry Hicks’ books are the best teachers right now. Their books really clarify how our minds deceive us. They give a lot of tools to shift our perception of a negative situation so that we do not exacerbate it. When you give up victimhood you have to claim your power.

9) The Crescent Moon of Islam is a Goddess symbol. Why do you think they don’t get this?

You mean the Muslims? Hmm . . . a good question. I guess you have to chalk that up to the heritage of a long history where the prevailing culture has been unconsciously fearful of the power of the Goddess, of the power of women, the “devouring, toothed vagina” as the Jungians might put it. The Mullah patriarchs, if they know it at all, are obviously intent on keeping it a secret. Symbols can lose their meaning. I think Muslim women are prevented from finding a way to bond together and claim their heritage because they are threatened with death. The same thing happened during the Inquisition in Europe. Thousands of women were burned because of this primitive fear. Muslim countries have had a hard time coming into the contemporary era because there is so much repression. I’m hoping, like the phenomena we saw when the Berlin wall came down, the masses will somehow throw off their oppression like Eastern Europe through off Communism. There needs to be the force of the zeitgeist and at least some of the oppressors need to awaken. We can hold the vision and not have to know how it will happen. I think the internet is a fabulous tool to bring the world together collectively. At this point there are so many spiritual web sites and social media groups. Perhaps closed minds can open through exposure to spiritual ideas.

(10) Are people ready to accept the Divine Feminine?

It seems there are thousands of people who are. Perhaps millions.I don’t think it’s a main stream idea yet but the goddess is seeded and germinating in the collective unconscious. It may be as simple as an idea whose time has come. This is the millennium of her return according to many prophesies. I think the interest in Mary Magdalen has demonstrated that something is happening.

Years before Dan Brown’s DaVinci Code came out, I was first taken by an intense interest in Mary Magdalen and began my research. The number of books on the subject of Mary exploded. I found other women who were also discovering her. Why after 2000 years was she drifting into women’s dreams? Then Brown’s book brought the question of Jesus’ marital status into the forefront. Despite the Roman Catholic Church’s denials, the book became the best seller of all time! And Brown’s new book ends with hope for the coming age. He has the same conclusion as I do in my book.

In other traditions and ancient societies, the goddess was honored by both men and women. I think she is finding her place again. Apparitions of the Virgin Mary have also increased. The Roman Church has revised their take on who Mary Magdalen was. There’s a lot to say on the subject, but overall, whether Wiccan or Christian, the divine feminine is back.

(11) What is your personal take on the timeline of the paradigm shift? Is 2012 a real date for change?

I hope so. I do think we’re getting close to a massive shift. If the internet is any indication, the spirituality sites are everywhere. I’m living in an area, Southern Florida, full of spiritual practitioners. I think a lot of people are being awakened, including people in traditional religions. As the foundations of the culture collapse, more people will turn to faith and they will find synchronicities and signs because the veil between the spirit world and our 3D world is thinner than it’s ever been. Anyone who asks for help will get it. Maybe not in the way they expect or desire but eventually it will hit them over the head. Not with a bag of money or gold bars but with a slight revelation, an insight, an experience.

So many people are in recovery from addictions and depend on a Higher Power. Even if you just believe in the Tao, you start to see it in action in your life. The connection to the divine is available. I think the timeline is where most psychics have been found to be inaccurate, so that gives me pause. But we do have the Mayan Calendar though and I believe in its approximation. Though I don’t understand all its workings, I’ve read about it and it has been correct in following the ages. Any real transition between civilizations happens over a long period of time. The spiritual sub-culture is still ignored by mainstream media. Maybe when the E.T.’s make contact, Fox News will call it a Democratic hoax!

2012 and the Nostradamus Effect

There were no “startling new secrets” in the SyFy show about 2012 that was hosted by Lester Holt. Neither has the History Channel show, “The Nostradamus Effect” shed any new light on the prophecies regarding 2012. The fact of the matter is, these shows may end up in a self-fulfilling effect. Basically, they have it all wrong, again.

Both shows are adding to the atmosphere of fear regarding 2012. If you follow the trends in quantum physics, it is becoming increasing clear that the ancient were right all along; form follows thought. The shows basically portray three scenarios: the world will come to an end; 2012 will be a new beginning; or, nothing will happen and December 22, nd 2012 will be just another day. The basic reason that these shows have it all wrong is because they are interpreting prophecy form a religious point of view. The Christian Armageddon is popular headline and scary images of death and destruction makes for wonderful bylines and sound bites. However, such interpretations are false and misleading. The Mayans were not Christian. The Hopi were not Christian. The I Ching is not Christian. Further, seers like Nostradamus and DaVinci and even Newton, while immersed in a dogma controlled culture ruled by the Church, were all mystics and members of mystical organizations. Their writing were couched and coded in the religious terms of the day because, to do otherwise, meant a nice hot stake. Even John’s Revelation has been misrepresented. The true meaning of apocalypse is not Armageddon, but rather to reveal, uncover, and has been said, knowledge revealed. How better to boost lagging tithes and fill emptying pews than to scare people into believing that the Day of Judgment is at hand. Even Jesus said, “Judge not.” These same scare tactics have been used throughout history to frighten the uninformed into the folds of religious dogma and to create meek sheep that do as they are told. The sad past, like the wolf and red Riding Hood, is that the shepherds are, in fact, the wolves.

In following these shows, and of course the new movie, 2012, the world is destroyed several times over. So, if this is what happens, live, drink and be merry, for in 2102 all will be lost. There will be wars, famine, pestilence, nuclear destruction, 30,000 foot tidal waves, super volcano explosions, massive earth quakes, massive solar radiation, tectonic plate shifts, polarity shift and, oh yes, a 1,000 years of peace. There is no question that the images are dazzling. But again, get enough people believing this, and they may actually cause it to happen. Keep in mind, much of our current economic crisis is attributed to the lack of consumer confidence, a thought form that may well prevent any serious economic recovery.

The script of the skeptics is equally absurd. According to them, December 21, 2012 will be just another day. Actually, it may be just another as Mayan calendar expert, Carl Johan Calleman says that the real end date is October 28th, 2011. This notion is supported by acclaimed author James Redfield of “Celestine Prophecy” fame. In fact, according to Calleman, energies are already flowing to our home planet and the recent world upheavals are offered as evidence. What bothers me most about skeptics is that they tend to skeptical about everything. It is that head- in- the-sand mentality that is disturbing. They believe that global warming and climate change is a hoax; the economy would be just fine if government would leave it alone; insurance companies have our best interests at heart; poor people deserve to be poor; and, if there is global warming, there is plenty of dollars to made in them there thermometers.

Be as skeptical all you want that a sudden change will happen on a single. But you know, volcanoes blow in a single day. Earthquakes cause tsunamis in a single day. Empires have fallen and risen from a single battle on a single day. People are born and die on a single day. This raises a point. In the books “Waking God” and “The Sacred Rota,” a main protagonist by the name of Andrew talks about ‘precipitating events.’ These events are single moments when history changes, even the lead up to the event may have occurred in days, weeks or even years. The assassinations of Lincoln, Kennedy, King were precipitating events; a single moment that changed history. The start of World War I, the A-Bomb, and the fall of the Berlin Wall were such events. To deny that this planet and all that dwell therein are not in the throes of massive change is ludicrous. The economy, religion, education, health care, the environment and the very fabric of society are on the verge of some kind of massive change. Does this mean destruction? Does it mean the end of the world? Do we base our future on the ranting of hell, fire and brimstone pulpits? Do we hide our heads in the sand and go the way of the Dodo? Is this what all of the ancient prophecies tell us? Will the final precipitating event be December 21, 2012?

Like I said, if you buy into the doom and gloom Armageddon scenario, go out and have some fun. It will all be over soon. The greatest disservice of presenting this interpretation is that it generates the powerful force of fear. This fear may well be the undoing of humanity. But this is not the message of prophecy. The message is one of hope and transformation. The prophecies herald out the old and make way for the new. Yes, the loss of ‘worn out dogma’ will be painful to many. We are no longer able to stay ‘comfortably numb.’ Too much is happening and it is happening at an ever increasing rate. The prophecies all point to a ‘precipitating moment;’ a moment that will forever alter the way we perceive the world. The momentum has been building for some time, but a ‘day’ will come where all must change. The seers tell us that, just as in quantum physics, what we believe, we will see. What we seek, we will find. The door that we knock on will be opened. What we ask for, we will receive. The prophets also tell us that we must beware of which doors we approach and what beliefs we cling to. They tell us that we have finally journeyed to the end of the old ways and that to continue in those ways courts disaster. We choose, that is our birthright, choice. A great Avatar once said, “Fear not.” Do not be mislead by the false prophets of doom and do not be misguided by those who would have you be led as sheep.

JAMES REDFIELD AND 2012

Is the time closer than we think? James Redfield thinks it is. Read his thoughts on 2012. The, go to Amazon.com and look up WAKING GOD and THE SACRED ROTA. There is a grwoing fear about 2012 and form follows thought. While many sacred texts and prophets point to this time as a time of great change, that does not mean the end of the world. Are things changing now? You bet they are? This is the prelude to bigger events. How they manifest is up to us. Not because we are so special, but because we can.

2012: The Energetic Countdown
is Happening Now

BY JAMES REDFIELD

Many of you have heard me mention, in the Global Prayer Project sessions, the name of Carl Johan Calleman. In my opinion, he is the Mayan Calender expert with the most accurate information about the Calendar's predictions. He says three things I believe each of us must ACT ON NOW. One, the predictions have nothing to do with the end of human existence; this is Hollywood hype. The predictions are about helping us move into a higher spiritual consciousness. Two, the energies predicted by the Mayans are coming in already, and they peak, not on December 21, 2012, but on October 28, 2011. And Three, the energies are accelerating, with a pulse hitting us now, beginning NOVEMBER 8, 2009.

Calleman Article:
www.calleman.com/content/articles/nov8_sixth_night.htm

Calleman further clarifies the heart of the Mayans' message for us: the energies of spiritual evolution have been coming into humanity since the Big Bang, pushing human consciousness first into the cellular through biological levels, next the Tribal through the Planetary levels, and then into the current Galactic Consciousness -- a total of Eight levels up to this point. The new phase beginning on the 8th is called the Sixth Night of the Galactic level, and lasts through November 2, 2010.This is one of the last steps before we move into the Ninth and final level, Universal Consciousness, which will begin to occur in 2011.

As you know, we have been describing this same evolving consciousness, and how it feels, in the CELESTINE PROPHECY SERIES OF BOOKS. And my upcoming book, THE 12TH INSIGHT, is about what we are already beginning to feel and do to fully integrate this heightened consciousness. In light of this, I believe we are being called immediately to deal with this impending Sixth Night surge! The world financial crisis occurred during the previous, Fifth Night period, which began on November 18, 2007, coinciding exactly with the beginning of the financial crisis. (See Calleman's Chart in his article.) The following Sixth Day, beginning November 12, 2008, was marked by the enthusiasms of the Obama Election in the US and later signs of economic recovery around the world. However, Night Periods are always times of pause, and reflections, to envision what we want and to adjust to what is real. So the coming Night Period seems likely to bring more challenges and revelations, increasing around July of next summer. Calleman believes the Dollar may collapse and all governments may go bankrupt. It could also be more moderate and manifest more internally. In any case, I believe the severity for each of us as individuals, depends on HOW WE HANDLE IT SPIRITUALLY.

The Day Period ending November 7 has been marked by political manipulation, blame, and unbelievable lying on all sides, and a tendency by business to go right back to "business as usual." However, as our consciousness has risen, we have developed an increased sense of truthfulness, and we are totally turned off by all this. We can now more readily tell when someone is out of integrity, we react, and this creates a more immediate karma for those people. (The approval rating for the US Congress is now just 26 percent.) On November 8, the surge of the new night period will flow into us, and I believe we will be called in this period to see the synchronicity of this rash of inauthenticity in political circles as a message for our lives. Hence, I think we will begin cleansing our individual selves of all that is out of integrity. That means telling nothing but the complete truth as we know it to others, and acting always in other people's best interest. (Remember, they already know whether we are or not.) And that alone will bring about a movement toward enlightened capitalism and a more civil society. On the other hand, if we fight the tide, karma will increase.

Another action I believe we are being called to take is to prepare for disruption. Have food stored. Have a plan for going somewhere with a generator if the lights and phones go out for an extended length of time. Watch for currency problems, and take appropriate action. And please don't fall for the fuzzy idea that preparing is sending out a negative expectation and attracting the worst. As Calleman points out, the divine force pushing us along is doing so whether we like it or not. Carry an expectation and prayer for a positive outcome, even while you use your intuition to help you make the right choices. Premonitions and inner guidances are there for a purpose as we evolve toward a more ethical and spiritual world.

As many are already pointing out, the next rising economy is being built on a new value: TRUST. Can we trust the actions and honor of the person we are networking with? Are a person's actions as good as his/her word? With this new sensory power, and better Karma, we are bringing forward the best of our history and tradition. As in all integrations, this one can be proven to oneself. Just try it and you'll feel the full energy of this phase of spiritual evolution: an ethical shift in how we relate to each other -- a shift the Mayans somehow knew was coming.

Please pass this along as you intuit.

2012 or 2011?

The following article may be of interest for those following the 2012 mania. Once again, we do not see mass death and destruction, but rather, an opportunity for mass evolution. In WAKING GOD, we talk of the awakening 'god seed' that is embedded into our DNA. More on this later.

he Mayan Calendar and the
Arc of Evolution

http://www.astroalc hemy.com/ articles/ mayan.html

On January 6, 2005 I attended a mind-blowing lecture on the Mayan Calendar that finally gave me the "big picture" of the history-and future-of all creation. The good news is that despite some inevitable bumps in the road, the period between now and 2012 will be one of infinitely expanding consciousness- ending in the Golden Age we have all been waiting for.
The talk was given by Ian Lungold, an artisan who became fascinated by the Mayans while making jewelry based on their designs. Information began streaming through him, which took him on a path of exploration that resulted in a complex understanding of the Mayan calendar. Not actually a calendar in the ordinary sense, it is really a meter of the movement of creation or tool to tune your consciousness to the flow of evolution to develop your intuition and become a co-creator with the divine.
A calendar is the dead center of any civilization' s consciousness, said Lungold, representing the intersection of time and place as your point of view or location of consciousness. The Gregorian calendar (est. 1582) is pinned to physical events - the rotation of the Earth around the Sun every 365 ¼ days. The Maya, who used a total of 17 calendars, had one like this called the Haab, but it was used only for commerce and tax purposes. The Tzolkin, or 260-day calendar, was used most frequently as a personal and astrological calendar, or chart of consciousness. It was based on the 7 day/6 night cycle of creation familiar to us via the Old Testament, which came from the ancient Sumerians. Apparently both the Mayans and Sumerians had access to the same body of wisdom about the arc of evolution in this solar system that began 16.4 billion years ago.
In a riveting four hour talk, Lungold put a chart on the board that looked like a Mayan pyramid and took us through the precisely-timed stages of evolution from single-celled organisms all the way up to Oct. 28, 2011, when the Mayan calendar officially ends. Ian went straight to the Maya to get this info after discovering that the dates and other "facts" publicized by Jose Arguelles in his book "The Mayan Factor" were questionable.
I will not attempt to recount all the historical events that show precise correspondence with the Mayan timeline; suffice it to say that it all made perfect sense. Most recently, the "Planetary Cycle" that began in 1755 with the Industrial Revolution and culminated in 1992 with the Internet was concerned with the concentration of power. This was a time when the mind became king, and intuition went out of style because it was basically a death sentence (witness the burning of ten million women as "witches.") Lungold made the point that the mind is not your friend, that at best it's just a tool like a calculator-but is also a parasite concerned only with self-preservation. It can only operate at 24 frames or thoughts per second, which is very limiting in this age of rapidly accelerating technology and consciousness. Stress has become a worldwide epidemic as the mind tries and fails to keep up. Suicides are on an upswing and can be seen as an equipment failure, while many people prefer to go unconscious through various addictions to sedate the stressed-out mind. Denial is rampant.
We'll all be going completely out of our minds and coming into present time, says Lungold, between now and 2011, when we head into the last year of the cycle. We're moving past the limitations of the mind and into the intuitive space referred to as "The Zone" in athletics, when a player reaches a point of perfect equanimity and is able to perform superhuman feats like lifting 350 lbs. overhead. It is the space of "no mind" also found through meditation and other acts like sex (if you do it right, he says). Science has found that while in this Zone, your whole brain lights up and every cell is activated-it' s how we're meant to live. The key is getting centered, which comes from regular practice at attaining this state. Lungold likens it to a spinning gyroscope with a calm center that keeps it from falling over. If there is a broken piece, then it will fly apart. This is basically what we will be challenged to do in the next six years: stay so centered in our intuitive knowing that we don't fly apart as consciousness accelerates and world events grow more intense.
The key to this centeredness, he claims, comes from integrity. Intuition doesn't exist if you're out of integrity. This will be the major theme of 2005, as Power meet Integrity head-on on June 1. Ethics consciousness will slap down Power consciousness in some way on the world stage, Lungold predicts. We are building a new foundation this year based on ethics, from Dec. 4, 2004 to Nov. 28, 2005. The knowledge should also come out sometime after June 1, he claims, of machines that now exist, which produce energy at no cost. This could turn the existing power structure on its ear.
Paying attention and having intention will be key. The Neanderthals died out because after 100,000 years, they were still using the same tools. They could not imagine a different future, so they had no future. Suppose that when you're centered in your intuition, you're actually CREATING your future. That would explain why our intuition is often right. Intention will become crucial in the coming time of exponential change, because there are so many more options available to us than ever before, and less persistence will be required to achieve our goals. Instant manifestation will become the norm! There will only be two choices: Creator or Victim.
The "Galactic Cycle" began on Jan. 5, 1999 and lasts for 12.8 years. The dawn of this cycle was the Y2K scare, which was a mass warning or planting of a seed, "don't trust your systems." Nothing happened at the time, but by 2007-08 we are entering the Fifth Day and Night of the overall cycle, a big opening in consciousness but also a time when we may experience an economic meltdown. Lungold says to pay attention to the Hopi, who advise: 1) Know where your food and water are coming from, and 2) Know all of your relations. Getting out of the cities will be wise, he says, as "shrapnel may be flying" and the usual sources of food and water won't be as available. This is similar to other Fifth Days in creation, such as the period encompassing World War I and II, and prior to that, the Dark Ages. The coming trial will be shorter and less severe than the previous ones. Things are getting dramatically better, he points out.
Also on the Fifth Day, we will finally "meet the neighbors." We have been under galactic quarantine as we pass through this power trip we've been on (which was a necessary phase of consciousness) , but during 07-08 we will know ourselves as part of the greater galactic community. By 2009 on the Sixth Day (corresponding to the Renaissance and the beatnik/hippie time period of 1952-72), consciousness will overcome technology completely and our larger minds will merge with computers to produce such phenomena as teleportation, time travel and age reversal.
On the Sixth Night in 2010, we have total bliss for 360 days. We'll be back to our roots, attuned to an organic value system. On the Seventh Day, the "Universal Consciousness" cycle which begins on Feb. 10, 2011 and lasts 100 days, we will finally know ourselves as co-creators with God, rejoining the Creator as a Creator (though some will achieve this state sooner.) Anything we can possibly dream of already exists in the mind of God. As we discover more and more about the inner workings of Creation, this truth will be known by all. Some will fall by the wayside and become "mulch" for future growth, however, as consciousness accelerates too rapidly for them to grasp.
This grand cycle affects not just Earth, but the entire Universe, which is evolving alongside us. What happens after 2011? Time and space will slip away as solid measurements. The best example Lungold could give of what it will be like is portrayed in the film, "What Dreams May Come," in which thought creates instant manifestation. Meanwhile, he advises not investing in anything that lacks integrity, such as the stock market, and to get out of the way as our culture falls-similar to what happened in Rome. It will also help to attune yourself to the daily flow of creation through the Galactic Astrology Mayan Calendar and Conversion Codex (available on Lungold's website, www.mayanmajix. com). This also shows you how to figure out your Mayan birth sign and life assignment (different from Jose Arguelles' version) which is totally fascinating. Knowing your essential purpose and the intention for each day can attune you to your intuition, which puts you in sync with the flow of Creation and produces entrainment, or synchronization with All That Is.
For more information on this material, Ian recommends the book "The Mayan Calendar and the Transformation of Consciousness" by Carl Calleman, whose findings are in alignment with his.

The Illusion of Materialism

The following excerpt from an article on the illusion of reality gives great insights into what we DO NOT know about the world in which we live. The complete article is on http://www.integralscience.org/materialism/materialism.html

Even though it was written 10 years ago, time has only added to the validity of the information. The WAKING GOD TRILOGY talks of the illusionary world in which we live. It show us that dogma has invaded our minds to such an extent that we have let others keep the veil of truth from our minds. We are approaching a time, 2012, when many traditions tell us that this veil will be lifted. We are further told that what we choose as our vision, will be our reality. We can create a new earth and a new heaven. Rid yourself of the dogma and let your mind open. Science is now, even though scientists will not admit it, verifying ancient mystical truths about the true nature of the Universe. Let WAKING GOD help you get through the most insidious of dogma's, religion. Discover that we do live in an intelligent world and that we are truly co-creators of that world.

How quantum physics contradicts the belief in an objective world existing independent of observation

The Center for Sacred Sciences was founded on the belief that the testimony of the mystics of all religions is compatible with the evidence of modern science. This compatibility, however, is often far from obvious, largely because the modern scientific tradition has attached itself to a materialistic cosmology which is inherently antagonistic to spiritual insight. This cosmology, also known as materialism, asserts that matter has independent objective existence, and that all phenomena, including those of the mind and consciousness, are ultimately reducible to the motions of matter. The development of quantum mechanics, however, has shown that materialism is actually incompatible with modern science.

The purpose of this article is to explain in detail exactly how quantum physics contradicts the materialistic account of the universe. As we will see, quantum mechanics demonstrates that the world as we commonly experience it does not, in fact, have an objective existence independent of its observation. In the words of Niels Bohr, the pioneer of 20thcentury quantum physics,

An independent reality, in the ordinary physical sense, can neither be ascribed to the phenomena nor to the agencies of observation.1

This remarkable claim is entirely compatible with the claims of the mystics. For example, consider the following fundamental teaching of the Center for Sacred Sciences:

The appearance of an objective world distinguishable from a subjective self is but the imaginary form in which Consciousness Perfectly Realizes Itself.2

In the same spirit, the third Chinese Zen patriarch, Sengtsan, teaches us:

Things are objects because of the subject [mind]; the mind [subject] is such because of things [object]. Understand the relativity of these two and the basic reality: the unity of emptiness. In this Emptiness the two are indistinguishable and each contains in itself the whole world.3

The mystics and physicists, therefore, both make the outrageous claim that the materialistic belief in an objective world independent of observation is a delusion. Or, in Buddhist terms, all objects are empty of any inherent existence. Since this claim is in blatant contradiction with both our ordinary experience and conventional worldly wisdom, our natural response is to dismiss it as ludicrous. We might say to ourselves, "Those mystics are obviously the deluded ones who have lost touch with reality, not me and everyone else."

Although it might be easy for a modern Westerner, raised in a materialistic culture, to dismiss the radical claims of the mystics, it is not so easy to dismiss the most eminent of our physicists, who make claims remarkably similar to those of the mystics. Consider, for example, the words of Werner Heisenberg, the inventor of quantum mechanics:

The ontology of materialism rested upon the illusion that the kind of existence, the direct "actuality" of the world around us, can be extrapolated into the atomic range. This extrapolation is impossible, however.4

The Buddha, speaking about the true nature of reality, makes the following very similar claim:

There is that which does not belong to materialism and which is not reached by the knowledge of philosophers who...fail to see that, fundamentally, there is no reality in external objects.5

If we dismiss the Buddha and other mystics, shall we also dismiss Heisenberg and Bohr? These eminent physicists won Nobel prizes for their fundamental contributions to quantum theory. Perhaps no other physicists have thought more deeply about the nature of quantum physics than Heisenberg and Bohr. And they are talking about quantum mechanics, the most precise and far-reaching physical theory ever devised. It explains how the sun shines, how molecules bond together, how iron is magnetized, and why various materials are solid, liquid, or gas. It is quantum mechanics that gives us computer chips, lasers, and atomic energy. So if we dismiss quantum mechanics, we throw out the cornerstone of modern physics and the theory that provides the essential foundation for all these scientific marvels. It seems that we had better think twice before dismissing what Bohr and Heisenberg have to say about the nature of the physical world.

Put simply, they say that the objective world is an illusion. The biggest problem with this claim is that our experience, for the most part, is quite compatible with the idea that there really is an independently existing objective world. There seems to be no contradiction at all between our normal day-to-day experience and our assumption that the objects we encounter during the day are objectively real. So the problem is, if this idea of an objective world is wrong, then why does it seem so right? To shed some light on this problem and its solution, let me digress for a moment with the following thought experiment.

SPIRITUALITY: THE BRIDGE BETWEEN DOGMA AND ATHEISM

Does ‘spirituality’ bridge the gap between religious dogma and atheism? Is it the golden mean between an all powerful dictatorial super being that creates good and evil, demands sacrifice and unquestioning obedience and the totally mechanistic belief of the atheist? Can the two even be reconciled?

We are all familiar with religious dogma. The Judeo-Christian, Islamic traditions have dominated religious thought for thousands of years. At the core of all three is a super deity that demands worship, punishes the unfaithful, and has no problem with each declaring the other as inferior and even evil. One has savior who died for their sins; one has a savior yet to come; and the other says live a life by the rules and you will be rewarded later. There is a basic assumption in these religions that people are sinners and are doomed to eternal punishment by an all loving god. All rather silly. It would be easy to extol the absurdity of most religions. And, it is easy to see how a rational, thinking person would have issues with religious hypocrisy and their history of blood and violence.

On the other side of the coin, we have atheism. Basically, atheists do not believe in a god or gods, shun any notion of the supernatural and place their faith in reason, science, humanism and rationality. Essentially, atheism means, ‘without god.’ But, are the options only god(s) and no gods?
The answer is that there is another option; spirituality. Yes, there is a difference between being religious and spiritual. It is important to state that spirituality has been around longer than any religion; it is as old as humanity. Rooted in ancient mysticism from Chaldea, Egypt and found in every civilization, spirituality was based in the concept of gnosis, knowing. For spirituality, there is no set doctrine, no dogma and no institution striving for self-perpetuation. Spirituality is a concept, a belief based upon personal enlightenment. What is interesting is that even though spirituality is based upon individual epiphany, it contains a common thread that can be found in the mystical teachings of all cultures; it has a universal commonality (perhaps Jung is at work here).

In analyzing the literature of mystical teachings, which all too often became perverted into religions, “some” of the common threads include: a belief in an all pervasive universal intelligence; all things are alive; all things are connected, literally; universal intelligence thinks the manifest world into existence and all higher levels of consciousness play an ongoing part in this creation; reality is an illusion and is different from actuality; we are what we think; there is no such thing as good and evil warring for humanity’s soul; there is no death; life constantly seeks to express itself and evolves into higher levels of awareness; there is no deity demanding servitude and no deity that condemns, tortures or punishes; all that ever was, is and will be, is here, now; while there are balancing forces in the universes, these forces are nether good or bad; knowledge is attainable through intuition and meditation; the universe is basically objective; all things move in cycles that spiral ever upward; and all things are possible. Despite these and other shared ideas, there is no church based upon these principles. There are groups, orders, brotherhoods and societies that have formed to teach these concepts, but none seek to dominate, condemn, proselytize, or war with others over ideology.

Much of what is believed, or rather known, by those who have embarked upon a spiritual path is, oddly enough, based in science and reasoning. Is this the bridge between dogma and atheism? It can be. Many scientists have expounded mystical/spiritual ideas. Galileo, Newton, Descartes, and Einstein had clear spiritual views on the nature of the universe. And today, the breakthroughs and discoveries in quantum physics are heading directly down the spiritual path. The circle is closing. From direct knowledge, to skepticism, to discovery and back; scientific thought is revealing as true, what mystics taught in ancient times.
So what did people like Heisenberg and Bohr and others say about the universe. The first tenet is that the material-objective universe is not real, it is an illusion. The mind brings reality into existence through observation. In actuality, the universe is an interconnected sea of energy that only takes on substance when it is observed. The subjective mind brings the objective mind into what we call reality, and yet, it has no independent existence; the observer and the observed are one. Quantum physics tells us that electrons can be in two places at once and that they are waves of energy that only take on physical existence when we look for them. Essentially, the material world has no fundamental existence. Unless we discount quantum physics as ‘hum bug,’ we have science telling us that those who base their reality on the senses are gravely in error. There is significant research and studies on this topic and if would behoove a seeker to Google the topic, ‘mysticism and quantum physics.’ This is not meant to be an in depth study of the topic, but rather a piece that raises the question for others to ponder.

If the mind brings reality into existence, the question that must be answered is what mind brought the first matter, electrons, atoms, molecules, planets, suns and galaxies into existence? Does quantum physics ascribe this to deity? I believe that the answer is, “not yet”, but it is the logical conclusion. Quantum physics dismisses the notion that our reality is the result of chance; that life was a lark that emerged from some kind of chemical soup; and, that we are the whim of natural forces that are beyond our control. The power of thought as ‘the’ force that shapes our world is growing if efficacy. We have seen the power of the mind to heal, and that thoughts do, indeed, create our lives and the way we live it. We know now that all things are energy. Thoughts are also energy that shapes the observable world. Energy cannot be destroyed. The underlying energy that forms the foundation of the universe is neutral; meaning, it is neither good nor bad, it just is. Time is also an illusion and that it may even be possible to travel into the past or observe the future. Does this not sound like, ‘all that ever was, is and will be’ is here now?

While it is easy to understand the trend in the denial of a super being in a white robe and beard calling the shots in the universe, it should also be easy to understand that science is bringing us closer to the notion that there is something, some form of higher consciousness, that is creating and exploring the infinite potential of life. It should also be clear that since we, as humans, have the power to alter reality, there is probably something that transcends our consciousness, something that, perhaps, we express in our ever day lives. The mystics are fond of the phrase, ‘as above, so below and as below, so above.’ Simply, the microcosm, the small, is merely an expression of the macrocosm, the big. The atom and the galaxy are one, and what is true of one, is true of the other.

Perhaps atheists who truly follow the emerging knowledge in science will find solace that their rational thinking has actually verified the idea that consciousness is the guiding force of the manifest universe. They are right, in my mind, that there is no single deity making day- to-day decisions about salvation, or what it will do next to alter the material world. There is no deity(ies) to be worshipped or that demand sacrifice. The question is, are they ready to understand that deity is the All and that here truly is no place where deity begins or ends. It is the sea of potential wave energy, of which we are all a part, waiting to co-create the next chapter in evolution.

I love synchronicity. When I completed this article I received an interesting email. In it, it talked of the works of Hawking, Bekenstein, Susskind and Maldacena. It’s premise was that, “The materialistic paradigm is dead and buried.” It went on to discuss the Holographic Principle as described in Michael Talbot’s book and in the introduction to the book it says, “Put another way, there is evidence to suggest that our world and everything in it -- from snowflakes to maple trees to falling stars and spinning electrons -- are also only ghostly images, projections from a level of reality so beyond our own it is literally beyond both space and time.” Again, the question is begged, who or what projects the Universe? As we move to a new 2012 paradigm, it is clear that the foundation of the ‘old world’ is collapsing. We are familiar with the movies that put forth the notion that magic died in ancient days because people stopped believing in it. Now we are seeing that consumer economics, old religious dogma and the materialistic concept of society are passing because, no one believes it any more. The power of the Universal mind and all of its expressions, us included, is creating a new reality; one that finds the ‘golden mean’ between the extremes. This process may seem chaotic. Witness global climate change, political disruptions, religious strife, diseases and what some are erroneously labeling the ‘end times.’ Ye of little faith! From this chaos will emerge a new reality, a new balance and a new harmony and new reconciliation.

GOD IS NOT THE CREATOR

I have posted the entire article on this topic as it holds immense interest.

'God is not the Creator'
Richard Alleyne
First Published : 12 Oct 2009 10:36:38 AM IST

Professor Ellen van Wolde, a respected Old Testament scholar and author, claims the first sentence of Genesis "in the beginning God created the Heaven and the Earth" is not a true translation of the Hebrew.
She claims she has carried out fresh textual analysis that suggests the writers of the great book never intended to suggest that God created the world -- and in fact the Earth was already there when he created humans and animals.
Prof Van Wolde, 54, who will present a thesis on the subject at Radboud University in The Netherlands where she studies, said she had re-analysed the original Hebrew text and placed it in the context of the Bible as a whole, and in the context of other creation stories from ancient Mesopotamia.
She said she eventually concluded the Hebrew verb "bara", which is used in the first sentence of the book of Genesis, does not mean "to create" but to "spatially separate".
The first sentence should now read "in the beginning God separated the Heaven and the Earth"
According to Judeo-Christian tradition, God created the Earth out of nothing.
Prof Van Wolde, who once worked with the Italian academic and novelist Umberto Eco, said her new analysis showed that the beginning of the Bible was not the beginning of time, but the beginning of a narration.
She said: "It meant to say that God did create humans and animals, but not the Earth itself."
She writes in her thesis that the new translation fits in with ancient texts.
According to them there used to be an enormous body of water in which monsters were living, covered in darkness, she said.
She said technically "bara" does mean "create" but added: "Something was wrong with the verb.
"God was the subject (God created), followed by two or more objects. Why did God not create just one thing or animal, but always more?"
She concluded that God did not create, he separated: the Earth from the Heaven, the land from the sea, the sea monsters from the birds and the swarming at the ground.
"There was already water," she said.
"There were sea monsters. God did create some things, but not the Heaven and Earth. The usual idea of creating-out-of-nothing, creatio ex nihilo, is a big misunderstanding."
God came later and made the earth livable, separating the water from the land and brought light into the darkness.
She said she hoped that her conclusions would spark "a robust debate", since her finds are not only new, but would also touch the hearts of many religious people.
She said: "Maybe I am even hurting myself. I consider myself to be religious and the Creator used to be very special, as a notion of trust. I want to keep that trust."
A spokesman for the Radboud University said: "The new interpretation is a complete shake up of the story of the Creation as we know it."
Prof Van Wolde added: "The traditional view of God the Creator is untenable now."
--The Daily Telegraph

By 'separating' the Earth from the Heaven, does this imply that something that became known as "God" separate spirit and matter? Or perhaps, did it create the illusion thereof? By bringing light into darkness, does this mean that all things dark contain the spark of light? Where did this 'god' come from? Who or what actually did the creation? Was this done by a demi-god? We later see reference to a mist that also separates earth from heaven. Is this just the play of quantum physics? Is this the notion that the focus of consciousness on wave energy brings into being the physical world? All interesting thoughts that need further exploration.

SCIENCE AND DUALITY AND WAKING GOD

I came across this wonderful article on duality; a theme central to the WAKING GOD TRILOGY. Religion in general, and Christianity in particular, create a concept of good versus evil. This is duality. The good guys versus the bad guys, us versus them; a theme that has plagued humanity. WAKING GOD exposes this nonsense and tells of the destruction wrought by this dogma. As science reveals a truer nature of the universe, long known by the mystics, the end of the duality dogma will bring a new age of peace on Earth. But first, you must gain an understanding of the insidious nature of religion and come to a greater understanding that duality is but a myth.

WELCOME TO SCIENCE AND NONDUALITY

Dualisms shape our worldview. They include Mind/Matter, Self/Other, Perception/Reality, Quantum/Classical, Wave/Particle, Spiritual/Material, Beginning/End, Male/Female, Living/Dead and Good/Evil.

Wisdom gained through meditation, yoga and mystical experiences suggest these dichotomies are illusory. Eastern mystics know a single underlying reality called advaita, Brahman, the Tao, or Nirvana, from which all existence arises through consciousness. Nonduality is the philosophical and spiritual understanding that dualisms obscure a deeper reality of non-separation and fundamental oneness.

On the other hand, science depends on empirical data leading to reductionism, materialism and apparent dichotomies. But discoveries in quantum physics, brain sciences, consciousness studies, biology, cosmology, psychology and other fields have revealed nonduality in science as well, suggesting mysticism and science share a common source. Applying nondual perspectives in science, and scientific perspectives in Eastern spiritual approaches are the twin goals of this, the first public conference on the Science of Nonduality. Join us for three days seeking fundamental oneness in quantum physics, philosophy, consciousness studies, cosmology, art, Buddhism, psychology and spiritual metaphysics.
What is nonduality, anyway?

There are many shades of meaning to the word nonduality. As an introduction, we might say that nonduality is the philosophical, spiritual, and scientific understanding of non-separation and fundamental oneness.

Our starting point is the statement “we are all one,” and this is meant not in some abstract sense but at the deepest level of existence. Duality, or separation between the observer and the observed, is an illusion that the Eastern mystics have long recognized and Western science has more recently come to understand through quantum mechanics.

Dualities are usually seen in terms of opposites: Mind/Matter, Self/Other, Conscious/Unconscio us, Illusion/Reality, Quantum/Classical, Wave/Particle, Spiritual/Material, Beginning/End, Male/Female, Living/Dead and Good/Evil. Nonduality is the understanding that identification with common dualisms avoids recognition of a deeper reality.
So how can we better understand nonduality?

There are two aspects to this question, and at first glance they appear to be mutually exclusive, although they may be considered two representations of a single underlying reality.

The first aspect is our understanding of external reality, and for this we turn to science. The word science comes from the Latin scientia, which means knowledge. The beauty and usefulness of science is that it seeks to measure and describe reality without personal, religious, or cultural bias. For something to be considered scientifically proven, it has to pass exhaustive scrutiny, and even then is always subject to future revision. Inevitably human biases creep in, but the pursuit of science itself is intrinsically an evolving quest for truth. But then quantum mechanics turned much of this lauded objectivity on its head, as the role of the observer became inseparable from the observed quantum effect. It is as if consciousness itself plays a role in creating reality. Indeed, the two may be the same thing. As quantum pioneer Niels Bohr once put it: “A physicist is just an atom's way of looking at itself!”

The second aspect is our inner, personal experience of consciousness, our “awareness of awareness.” We have our senses to perceive the world, but “behind” all perception, memory, identification and thought is simply pure awareness itself. Eastern mystics have described this undifferentiated consciousness for thousands of years as being the ultimate state of bliss, or nirvana. Seekers have attempted to experience it for themselves through countless rituals and practices, although the state itself can be quite simply described. As Indian advaita teacher Nisargadatta Maharaj said: “The trinity: mind, self and spirit, when looked into, becomes unity.”

The central challenge to understanding nonduality may be that it exists beyond language, because once it has been named, by definition -- and paradoxically -- a duality has been created. Even the statement “all things are one” creates a distinction between “one” and “not-one”! Hardly any wonder that nonduality has been misunderstood, particularly in the West.
