'OLD SILLY'S' REVIEW OF SACRED ROTA

About two, maybe three years ago I read Waking God, by Philip F. Harris and Brian L. Doe. I was instantly drawn into the world they created, which, is really our world – this world, except seen through the eyes that most do not look through. The vision seen when the veil of deceit and insidious religious dogma, put in place nearly two thousand years ago by the organized church for political and power grabbing reasons to ensure that “all truths are not to be known by all people,” gets lifted. It would be classified as a suspense thriller in the “Theological Science Fiction” genre, but one has to wonder and gasp if … the “fiction” part is perhaps unwarranted?

The Sacred Rota, newly released and the second book in the trilogy, picks up on the fast paced and highly entertaining, yet fundamentally belief shaking and unsettling saga, where Waking God leaves off, with Michael (the Archangel) and Mantrella (a.k.a. Lucifer) in a power struggle to determine who will rule and what the fate of mankind will be. Adam – the original man, and a god Himself, lies slumbering. If he wakes, the DNA in mankind’s hidden god-seed is activated and Michael and his cohorts are, well … I won’t spoil the whole read for you. But it’s not good news for the angels if that happens, and Michael will stop at nothing to prevent it. Who stands in his way, thwarting his every turn, championing the cause of humanity?

Mantrella. Yes, you read that right. Lucifer – the biblical “fallen angel,” also referred to in the scriptures as the “Bright and Morning Star,” is on our side. There is no devil, Lucifer is not your enemy, he’s been falsely demonized by the Catholic Church to keep people in fear and abeyance to the Church for nearly two thousand years. Until Pope Peter in The Sacred Rota comes along. Peter is going to release the ancient secret hidden truths to the masses. And he pays for it. The Bilderberg group, well on its way to establishing the “New World Order,” sees to that.

There are many controversial elements in this trilogy. Traditionally held fundamental religious dogmas and beliefs are put into question and done so in the form of a first rate sit-on-the-edge-of-your-seat and clench your teeth thriller of a book. Harris and Doe make a great writing team; the writing is sharp and yet breezy, extremely imaginative and compulsively readable. The book is not only a deep and ponderous read underneath the quick action with other worldly yet well developed and believable characters, it provides several hours of entertainment in literature that ranks with the best out there.

The book stands alone as a great read by itself, but I’d highly recommend getting both Waking God and The Sacred Rota, even if it’s in reverse order once the Rota compels you to go back and catch up fully on the tale. I, for one, am looking forward to the third and concluding book in the series with a great deal of anticipation.

But be forewarned, this is not a Sunday School book. You may be shocked. And it might just be for your own good.

WHAT DO LYNN V. ANDREWS AND WAKING GOD HAVE IN COMMON?

What do Lynn V. Andrews and the WAKING GOD TRILOGY have in common? Officially, nothing. However, events and ideas conspire and synchronicity is a wonderful event in the Universe. In January of this year, I gave a brief description of WAKING GOD. It went like this: “Deep within humanity is a genetic code, the god seed. There are two people—MARA and ANDREW—who each possess an active half of the god seed code. This code was placed in humanity by ADAM who, when created, was to be exalted even above the angels. The angels did not and do not like this situation. They also do not like ADAM’s plan to dream himself into physical reality, when the two halves of the code come together. When God created ADAM he subsequently put ADAM to sleep—a sleep from which he was never awoken. It is in ADAM’s dreams that we find the world as we know it today. The angels serve a purpose in the dream world, but they will have little purpose if ADAM comes into the physical. ADAM’s ally is a person named MANTRELLA, meaning “Morning Star”. Here is the eternal struggle: The Archangel MICHAEL vs. MANTRELLA. The question posed is who really represents humanity’s best interests?

It is the beginning of a consciousness of personal responsibility and spiritual enlightenment marked by the return to balance of male and female energies on this earth, energies which have been out of harmony for at least the past 10,000 years, and the world is not a better place because of it. It is the dawning of a time of great excitement and unbounded possibility, when spirit and science no longer square off at opposite ends of the spectrum but finally come back together through the creative genius of the human spirit.

My teachers often say that people were never intended to live with the amount of stress and chaos that we face in today's world. Not only have our social structures become too complex and our technology unwieldy, Mother Earth herself is going through a time of rapid,momentous change.And it is precisely this convergence of human and earth dilemma that has brought these women forward at this particular point in time, just as it is with so many other shamans throughout the world who are coming forward now to return their ancient knowledge and wisdom about the ways of power and energy, life and harmony in the universe to a parched world that had once turned its back on their magnificence.”

I assume that you can see the connection, albeit not by intention, between the work of Lynn and WAKING GOD. We have said on numerous occasions and on our web site that WAKING GOD is part prophecy. I would say that we have tapped into a Universal message that is being delivered through multiple channels. A message that is important as we approach 2012. Now take a look at Lynn’s July newsletter:

Volume 3 Issue 7, July 2009 “We are at a point in history where unparalleled changes are taking place all over the world. Huge growth is occurring, and huge difficulties are presenting themselves. This happens because just as there is light in the world, there is, of course, darkness to define the light. Always remember that: it is the darkness which defines the light. When you are confronted by darkness, you move fully into the bright light of higher consciousness. That is where you discover and process what it is you, and we, need to know.”

In WAKING GOD, Lucifer is the ‘good guy.’ It is his darkness that has enabled humanity to experience the Light. Without him, physical reality would not exist. What is contentious to us is the fact that religious ‘authorities’ have, for millennia, denied the need for the darkness, demonized the darkness, and used it to frighten humanity into mindless followers of religious dogma. WAKING GOD exposes the religious lie and points to the door that reads, ‘YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR REALITY AND YOUR WORLD.” It tells that you that there is no coming savior and that you are not evil. This is why we have chosen the title, THE SECOND COMING OF HUMANITY, for Book III of the trilogy. Spiritual leaders around the globe are all saying the same thing. Yes, we could all be wrong, but we could also, all be right. To paraphrase a line for those who follow TORCHWOOD, “YOU ARE COMING!”

To sum this incredible news up:
1. Khamenei and Ahmedinejad brought in or welcomed outside forces of Hamas, Hezbollah and Taliban who are pretending to be Basiji and other forces– but not the military.
2. These Non-Iranian Arab forces are the ones who have basically caused most of the violence. Part of the reason for the blackout of information is to keep these forces from being revealed.
3. Khamenei and Ahmedinejad have lost much of their control of these outside rogue forces who are on the verge of staging a coup of their own to control Iran.

Here we have a Muslim leader using terrorists groups to achieve his own ends. In the name of religion, those seeking peace and democracy are being destroyed. Will it never end? Why is it so hard for people to see the destructive nature of religion in our world?

POPE BENEDICT WANTS NEW WORLD ORDER?

The economy, he said, was marked by "grave deviations and failures" – an area of life "where the pernicious effects of sin are evident".

"The conviction that the economy must be autonomous, that it must be shielded from "influences" of a moral character, has led man to abuse the economic process in a thoroughly destructive way," the pope said. "In the long term, these convictions have led to economic, social and political systems that trample upon personal and social freedom, and are therefore unable to deliver the justice that they promise."

Then, the Pope goes on to talk about birth control:

"Some parts of the world still experience practices of demographic control, on part of governments that often promote contraception and even go so far as to impose abortion. In economically developed countries, legislation contrary to life is widespread and it has already shaped moral attitudes and praxis, contributing to the spread of an anti-birth mentality; frequent attempts are made to export this mentality to other states as if it were a form of cultural progress."

He went further in his condemnation of contraception by claiming that it was forced on impoverished communities.

I cannot help but wonder you this "new world political authority" would be? Would they impose some kind of ethical standard on nations and businesses and whose ethics would they be?

How can you complain about population control in a world where millions are starving and people have no jobs. Overpopulation is a major issue. If there is to be any kind of future for humanity we must control population-there are already too many people. Of course the countries with the most population growth are poor nations whose people are subject to such idiocy as religious dogma. In developed nations, the more educated have moved away from such dogma so the real agenda here is to make more Catholics.

These types of issues are raised in WAKING GOD and THE SACRED ROTA.

MULTIVERSE AND WAKING GOD

The following article should be of interest to all. Science is getting very close toward bridging the gap between mysticism and rational thinking. WAKING GOD talks about creating our own reality; what you believe is what you get. Our beliefs in religious dogma create a world based on that dogma. But this can change, or rather, a new reality can be created. Ponder carefully the words in bold. the implications are immense and profound. More on this later.

Parallel Universes: Are They More Than a Figment of Our Imagination? A Galaxy Classic

The Hollywood blockbuster, The Golden Compass, adapted from the first volume of Pullman's classic sci-fi trilogy, "His Dark Materials" portrays various universes as only one reality among many, but how realistic is this kind of classic sci-fi plot? While it hasn’t been proven yet, many highly respected and credible scientists are now saying there’s reason to believe that parallel dimensions could very well be more than figments of our imaginations.

"The idea of multiple universes is more than a fantastic invention—it appears naturally within several scientific theories, and deserves to be taken seriously," stated Aurelien Barrau, a French particle physicist at the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN).

There are a variety of competing theories based on the idea of parallel universes, but the most basic idea is that if the universe is infinite, then everything that could possibly occur has happened, is happening, or will happen.

According to quantum mechanics, nothing at the subatomic scale can really be said to exist until it is observed. Until then, particles occupy uncertain "superposition" states, in which they can have simultaneous "up" and "down" spins, or appear to be in different places at the same time. The mere act of observing somehow appears to "nail down" a particular state of reality. Scientists don’t yet have a perfect explanation for how it occurs, but that hasn’t changed the fact that the phenomenon does occur.

Unobserved particles are described by "wave functions" representing a set of multiple "probable" states. When an observer makes a measurement, the particle then settles down into one of these multiple options, which is somewhat how the multiple universe theory can be explained.

The existence of such a parallel universe "does not even assume speculative modern physics, merely that space is infinite and rather uniformly filled with matter as indicated by recent astronomical observations, " Max Tegmark, a cosmologist at MIT in Boston, Massachusetts concluded in a study of parallel universes published by Cambridge University.

Mathematician Hugh Everett published landmark paper in 1957 while still a graduate student at Princeton University. In this paper he showed how quantum theory predicts that a single classical reality will gradually split into separate, but simultaneously existing realms.

"This is simply a way of trusting strictly the fundamental equations of quantum mechanics," says Barrau. "The worlds are not spatially separated, but exist as kinds of 'parallel' universes."

Partly because the idea is so uncomfortably strange, it’s dismissed as sci-fi by many critics. But there are also many credible, respected proponents of the theory—a group that is continuously gaining new adherents as new research unveils new evidence. Some Oxford research—for the first time—recently found a mathematical answer that sweeps away one of the key objections to the controversial idea. Their research shows that Everett was indeed on the right track when he came up with his multiverse theory. The Oxford team, led by Dr David Deutsch, showed mathematically that the bush-like branching structure created by the universe splitting into parallel versions of itself can explain the probabilistic nature of quantum outcomes.

The work has another strange implication. The idea of parallel universes would apparently side-step one of the key complaints with time travel. Every since it was given serious credibility in 1949 by the great logician Kurt Godel, many eminent physicists have argued against time travel because it undermines ideas of cause and effect. An example would be the famous “grandfather paradox” where a time traveler goes back to kill his grandfather so that he is never born in the first place.

But if parallel worlds do exist, there is a way around these troublesome paradoxes. Deutsch argues that time travel shifts happen between different branches of reality. The mathematical breakthrough bolsters his claim that quantum theory does not forbid time travel. "It does sidestep it. You go into another universe," he said. But he admits that there will be a lot of work to do before we can manipulate space-time in a way that makes “hops” possible. While it may sound fanciful, Deutsch says that scientific research is continually making the theory more believable.

"Many sci-fi authors suggested time travel paradoxes would be solved by parallel universes but in my work, that conclusion is deduced from quantum theory itself."

The borderline between physics and metaphysics is not defined by whether an entity can be observed, but whether it is testable, insists Tegmark.

He points to phenomena such as black holes, curved space, the slowing of time at high speeds, even a round Earth, which were all once rejected as scientific heresy before being proven through experimentation, even though some remain beyond the grasp of observation. It is likely, Tegmark concludes that multiverse models grounded in modern physics will eventually be empirically testable, predictive and disprovable.

Sacred Rota, the second book in the Waking God trilogy has me on the edge of my seat awaiting Waking God, Book III. Although it is an intriguing and fast-paced spiritual thriller and work of fiction with numerous fascinating characters (my favorite is Mara and Malak), it teaches you much about the true meaning of life and to open your eyes to the truth of many biblical teachings and religious doctrines as well as Tarot. I was born and raised Catholic so much of this was an eye opening experience to the reality of what we as human beings are experiencing and learning on a spiritual level in life here on earth. I am partial to angels but am slowing becoming convinced that the devil may not be such a "bad guy" and that angels are not what they appear. I am anxiously awaiting the release of Waking God, Book III since Sacred Rota leaves you with many unanswered questions and a passion to continue learning and growing on a spiritual level. Hurry up, Phil and Brian!
